Grilled Salmon Recipe on New England Fine Living

Method of Preparation

1.  Season fish evenly on both sides with bronzing seasoning, brush with butter and sear on the grill, rotating fish a quarter turn after 2-3 minutes. 

Continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes then flip fish and repeat process until cooked through

2.  Place grilled salmon on a plate or platter and top with the mango salsa

3.  Toss pea tendril with olive oil/ lemon mix and finish with some sea salt

4.  Sprinkle pepitas over peas tendrils for an added flavor and texture

2 ea 6 oz Wild King Salmon
2 tsp Bronzing Seasoning
2 oz Olive Oil for grilling
1 cup Mango Salsa, room temperature
1 1/2 oz Pea Tendrils
1/2 oz Olive Oil/Lemon Juice
Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Pepitos
