Method of Preparation
1. Season fish evenly on both sides with bronzing seasoning, brush with butter and sear on the grill, rotating fish a quarter turn after 2-3 minutes.
Continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes then flip fish and repeat process until cooked through 2. Place grilled salmon on a plate or platter and top with the mango salsa 3. Toss pea tendril with olive oil/ lemon mix and finish with some sea salt 4. Sprinkle pepitas over peas tendrils for an added flavor and texture
