2nd Annual, New England,  NH Wine Festival with music by Beatle Juice
Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 12 - 5 pm at the
Rochester Fairgrounds in Rochester, NH 

On Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, the 2nd Annual NH Wine Festival, “Live Free & Wine”, hosted by the NH Winery Association will be held at the Rochester Fairgrounds on 72 Lafayette Street in Rochester, NH, easily accessible off of Route 16. The NH Winery Association was founded in 2006 and currently has over 50 members representing 30 wineries across the state. Last year’s inaugural wine festival sold out in 3 weeks!!! This year’s event promises to go one step further with a larger venue, more local NH Made Vendors & world class live music by Northeast favorites, Beatle Juice!!!

Over 17 wineries will take part in the festival, showcasing approximately over 100 wines covering a variety of flavors and styles including local grape wines, fruit wines & meads.  Festival goers will get to sample wine as well as purchase bottles to enjoy at home. Spread throughout the venue will be a variety of NH businesses demonstrating, sampling, and selling their products; from baked goods to soy candles, bison meat to hot sauces and glass decorations.  Live music will be provided by Beatle Juice, Boston & New England area favorites playing traditional Beatle covers. Members of Beatle Juice encompass a who’s who of Boston Rock Legends including members from The Fools, Farrenheit, & the Nervous Eaters.

Tickets can ONLY be purchased online at the Zorvino Vineyards website for $20 pp. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guests must be able to provide valid proof of legal age at door to be allowed onto the festival grounds. This festival will be held RAIN or SHINE!

Ticket price includes an engraved festival wine glass, 10 tasting tickets and a NH Wine Passport, which can be redeemed to enter a special drawing. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at the festival. This will be a DO NOT MISS EVENT!!!

As the most sophisticated wine and food festival on the East Coast of New England, the Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival has quickly become one of the most anticipated food and wine events in the country.  Featuring an array of celebrity chefs, exclusive wines from around the world and fabulous food from the region’s best restaurants, the 6th annual Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival is the place to be from September 23-25, 2011.  Sponsored by FOOD & WINE, the Festival takes place in one of America’s most picturesque settings—the historic Newport Mansions, Rosecliff and Marble House, in the New England seaside resort of Newport, Rhode Island.

The weekend’s festivities will begin on Friday, September 23, with the Wine & Rosecliff Gala, where guests will enjoy special vintages uncorked exclusively for the evening, with delicious food pairings.

The Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival also features an all-inclusive Grand Tasting at Marble House with more than 100 wineries on Saturday and Sunday, September 24-25, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  A single admission price includes samplings of wines from around the world, small plate tastings of exciting dishes from regional restaurants and caterers, cooking demonstrations by our  guest chefs, a souvenir glass, and free parking and shuttle transportation to/from Marble House.
